HATTA WADI HUB CONCERT
The client needed a magical anchor experience for DSF Winter 2025 that would turn Hatta Wadi Hub into a must-visit, word-of-mouth destination for music and atmosphere.
Objective:
To design a memorable candlelight concert series that blended live classical performances with the rugged beauty of Hatta, creating an intimate, photogenic experience that guests would associate with Dubai Shopping Festival. By surrounding audiences and performers with thousands of glowing candles, choreographed lighting, and carefully planned guest flows, the series aimed to offer residents and tourists an alternative to traditional city concerts, slower, more immersive, and deeply connected to the mountain landscape.
Results:
Across four concerts in December at Hatta Wadi Hub, the candlelight series delivered a month of sold-out evenings, countless shared photos and videos, and moments guests described as unforgettable. The combination of live music, candlelit pathways, elevated viewing decks, and a dramatic central stage transformed the venue’s perception, strengthened DSF’s winter storytelling, and cemented the Candlelight Concert Series as a signature seasonal experience for Dubai.
