321 FESTIVAL

Objective:

The strategy was to transform Skydive Dubai into a 360-degree sensory arena where land, sea, and sky were all part of the show, with “3-2-1” as both countdown and metaphor for building to a collective crescendo. The experience architecture combined a concert core featuring A-list Arab headliners Hussain Al Jassmi, Tamer Hosny, and Balqees, supported by over 350 performers, drummers, dancers, and roaming acts to sustain momentum throughout the eight-hour program. A layered spectacle pipeline included multimedia content, AI-generated visuals, 1,500 custom RTK drones, Fursan Al Emarat’s air show, Aerosparks’ pyro planes, lasers, and fireworks. Everything was timed to a bespoke music and sound design score, developed with partners such as WithFeeling. A festival village layout with F&B pop-ups, family-friendly activations, and Tunes DXB-style performances made the event feel like a city within a city rather than a single-stage concert.

Results:

321 Festival attracted 8,569 attendees to Skydive Dubai and delivered approximately eight hours of exclusive, first-to-region live shows supported by six hours of original immersive content.  The festival’s layered program, concerts, drone show, airshow, multimedia performances, roaming acts and F&B—successfully closed DSF with a “once-in-a-year” moment that elevated perceptions of the festival from a retail promotion to a cultural and entertainment landmark.
